Refund policy

This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations arranged with Maple Relocation Finance Co., Ltd.. Fees and session formats are agreed individually before payment; the terms below use standard market durations where you have not yet signed a specific contract. Items marked (proposed, pending business confirmation) should be confirmed in your engagement letter.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to consultation fees you paid to us directly for relocation financial planning. Third-party costs (bank fees, government charges, courier) are not refundable by us.

Cancellation by you

• More than 7 calendar days before a scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees (proposed, pending business confirmation).
• 2–7 calendar days before: 50% refund or one reschedule at no extra charge (proposed, pending business confirmation).
• Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: no refund; we may offer credit toward a future session at our discretion.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling—your choice.

Work already delivered

If a written decision memo or scenario sketch has been delivered, fees for completed work are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply only to undelivered portions of a multi-session engagement, calculated pro-rata.

Deposits

Deposits holding a calendar slot are refundable under the cancellation windows above. Deposits applied to delivered work become non-refundable once delivery occurs.

How to request a refund

Email info@utilitymaplepath.click with your name, payment date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days (proposed, pending business confirmation).

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days (proposed, pending business confirmation). Bank processing times may add delay.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included when you notify us at least 48 hours ahead (proposed, pending business confirmation). Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in your agreement.

Exceptions

Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Thai consumer protection law where applicable.
