Relocation planning
Relocation planning at Maple Relocation Finance is a consultation service, not a software subscription. We help households translate an intended move to Thailand into a fundable plan: how much to keep liquid, which accounts stay open abroad, and what documents Thai banks and landlords typically request.
What we map together
- Move timeline. Visa category, shipping dates, and any employer relocation benefits that change your tax picture.
- Monthly burn in THB. Housing, transport, healthcare retainers, and school fees based on neighbourhoods you are comparing—not national averages copied from blogs.
- Cross-border cash paths. Transfer timing, FX spreads, and how to label inbound funds to match Thai bank compliance questions.
- Coordination points. When to involve your home-country accountant or a Thai licensed tax adviser for filings we cannot provide.
Deliverables you can expect
After intake we produce a scenario sketch and a written decision memo. The memo lists priorities, open risks, and action owners—so partners or adult children who co-sign leases see the same numbers you do. Follow-up after arrival is optional and scoped separately.
We do not publish fixed session packages or credential claims on this site because those terms are confirmed individually. Fees, if any, are agreed before work begins.

If your departure window is within eighteen months, send an inquiry with your target province and income sources. We will suggest whether a full planning path or a shorter diagnostic call fits first.
